What is College Care Club (CCC)?


There is power in connection and community and through it, inspiration is carried in this simple package from one person to another. In us all, there is a desire for a deep connection, but figuring out how to communicate that can be a challenge. Here at CCC we are the school spirit experts. We work with parents, students, alumni and fans to create a spirited culture of passion, inspiration and community connection. The College Care Box is more than just a box of snacks. It is a custom branded connection to your university and the people in it. It is quality authentic gear. It is exclusive custom products. It is an investment that directly impacts the advancement of your university’s development and a taste of the true spirit of its local community.




What is a CCC Box?


The College Care Box is a subscription box specifically for individuals wanting to make a true connection with a university. Each box delivers a dose of collegiate spirit for students, alumni, and fans alike. It’s the ultimate hug to students away from home, or the perfect fan box for only the most spirited fans around.




Who are CCC Boxes for?


Students AND Alumni AND Fans. Student boxes include a little bit of licensed gear and a whole lot of snacks including coupons/gift certificates to local favorite spots of the community. Fan boxes include mostly licensed gear and memorabilia representing the love for your favorite school. No matter what type of affiliation, there’s a box for you.

What comes in the box?


  1. STUDENT BOX: includes a combination of at least 1 licensed collegiate gear, yummy snacks, and/or local gift certificates/coupons representing the spirit of the university's community.
  2. FAN BOX: includes a combination of at least 4 licensed collegiate items, fan must-haves, and/or memorabalia.




Will I know what comes in each box?


Unfortunately, not. Where’s the fun in that J? It’s like getting a box full of surprises. But from time to time we may take a quick survey asking our customers what additional items they would like to see in future boxes!




What is the Shipping Schedule for the Quarterly Box?


For Alumni/Fan Subscriptions:

  1. Our yearly quarters: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sept, Oct-Dec
  2. All orders placed by the 4th day of the 2nd month in each quarter (with Jan-Mar starting the 1st qtr of the year) will be received by the end of the 3rd week of the 2nd month in the qtr. All orders placed after the 4th day of the 2nd month in each quarter will be received by the 3rd week of the 2nd month in the following qtr. (Ex. If you are in the 1st qtr of the year (Jan-Mar), orders placed by 2/4 or before will be received by the end of the 3rd week in Feb. Orders placed on 2/5 or after will be received by the 3rd week in May - 2nd month of the following qtr).
  3. Shipments take place in Feb, May, Aug, and Nov.
  4. Most shipments are shipped around the 3rd week of the 2nd month but may vary.
For Student Subscriptions:
  1. Shipment schedule (by thend of each month):
    Aug: Welcome Box
    Nov: Finals Box
    Feb: Valentine's Box (by Valentine's)
    Apr: Finals Box

  2. Orders placed by the 5th day of the month will ship by the end of the month. Any orders after this day may ship in the following month.




What comes in an Individual CCC Box?


If available, same thing that comes in the subcription boxes:

  1. Student boxes include 1-3 licensed items, snacks and optional personal message.
  2. Alumni/Fan boxes include at least 4 school licensed items, memorabalia and/or fan must-have items.




What is the Billing Cycle of a Subscription?


All subscriptions bill on the 1st day of their respective cycles. Quarterly (1st day of the 1st month of the quarter). Annually (1st day of the month after the completion of the annual cycle). Notification is sent before the next billing.




What if I do not want a box every quarter?


No worries! You have the option to pause or cancel each subscription. Also, right now you have the option to buy the box individually without a subscription.




May I send the subscription as a gift?


Absolutely! Just make sure you choose the gift option during checkout. If this is toggled ON, the customer will be able to choose when his/her gifting subscription will start, and for how long will it be active. In other words, you can choose how long you would like the subscription to last for your gift. Maybe only 2 boxes? Your choice. Alternatively, if available, you may order an individual box located at the bottom of each school's page to ship as an awesome gift for your favorite fan. You can even include a personal message. Our boxes are great for all occasions: birthdays, graduations, retirements, valentine’s day, weddings, “Get well soon” gifts, “Just because you care” gifts and more.




If I purchase an annual subscription and decide that I want to cancel after the first quarter, will I receive a prorated refund?


We want our customers fully satisfied, so if you cancel a subscription after 1 quarter before the regular billing period of the quarter (1st day of the 1st month), then you will receive a refund for the other unused months. (Ex. You order an annual subscription on Jan 3. You decide to cancel on Jan 23. We will then refund you 3 quarters (rest of the quarters in your annual subscription) of the paid subscription because it was cancelled before Apr 1 - next billing cycle. If you cancelled on Apr 1 or after then you will only receive a 2-quarter refund but will still receive the 2nd quarter's box.)




What is College Care Academy?


In a nutshell – The academy teaches college students necessary lessons that the classroom won’t teach them. College Care Academy is the membership service of College Care Club that provides exclusive access to the invaluable resources every college student should have. From access to videos involving overviews of basic collegiate subjects such as brief reviews on math derivatives or tips to writing effective essays to videos on important life subjects such as dealing with mental health, job interview tips, basic cleaning tips, quick healthy meals, wealth management and so much more.




What is the Shipping Schedule for the Individual Box?


Unless otherwise stated on the site, ALL individual Box orders must be placed by the 5th of every month will ship by the 30th of that month. Any orders after this day ships by 3rd week of the following month. Many times, we are able to ship them out much sooner even if placed after the 5th. Please contact us for urgent needs :)




What subscriptions are available?


You can purchase 2 different types of subscriptions with either the student or fan boxes:

  1. Quarterly Subscriptions: One box shipped every 3 months & billed every 3 months
  2. Annual Subscriptions: One box shipped every 3 months & billed once a year (one payment for 4 boxes throughout the year)




How do I manage my Account?

How do I update the Address on the Account?

Click on the Manage link under the subscription you would like to update. 3. Click the Edit button in the Shipping Address section. From there you can update your shipping information.




How do I update my Payment information?

Click on the Manage link under the subscription you would like to update. 3. Click the Edit button in the Billing Details section. From there you can update your payment information.




How do I pause/cancel my shipments?

Click on the Manage link under the subscription you would like to update. 3. Click Subscription Settings link at the bottom right side of the page. From there you can update your shipments.




How do I update the Personal Message and Survey Choices for my Subscription?

Click on the Manage link under the subscription you would like to update. 3. Click the Edit button next to Update Choices. From there you can update your message and any other choices you previously selected.




Is the ordering secure?


Your orders are 100 percent secure. We encrypt all transactions with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), CyberCash, CyberCoin, and vPOS to protect all orders.




What are the shipping methods available?


We ship most orders via USPS.




What is your return policy?


We do not accept any returns. We will replace an item (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to the fault of College Care Club. If a replacement is needed, you may email contactus@collegecareclub.com.




Why do you need my email address?


So we can contact you with any issues with your order. We will also send your tracking number for your order to your e-mail address.




Do I need an account to buy stuff?


No, you may place an individual order where ever applicable.




Will you give or sell my account information to other companies?


No, we will never share our customer's information with anyone.




Can I call my order in?
